Unfortunately, the thinking is totally different at various levels. The women entrepreneurs are totally confused because the reality at various levels are totally different. While at the Government levels, the scenario is very promising and even at various bank’s head office levels the scenario is quite rosy but when it comes to the ground levels & at branch levels, the scenario completely changes. The officials at the branch level where the actual loan disbursement happens are not at all keen & enthusiastic about encouraging female entrepreneurs. Women entrepreneurs can use these schemes to develop new products, improve business processes, expand their businesses into new territories or even to get into a prosperous venture abroad.
Various schemes are promoted by the Governments to help Women entrepreneurs to establish their new businesses or even to support existing businesses from a financial point of view. Consequently, more jobs for women will be available for unemployed women and more taxes will be paid, which will eventually help boost the country’s economy.
