1. In case, if any seminar participant cancels his/her admission to any of our seminars for whatever reason, the same shall be refunded within a maximum of 7 working days. The time taken to process all cancellation & refunds is maximum 7 working days and the same shall be credited to the customer’s bank account.
2. All cancellation requests must be in writing, the date of cancellation is the date NBS Business Consulting receives the written cancellation request. Telephone messages are NOT acceptable.
3. All fees will be refunded if the seminar is withdrawn or not conducted.
4. Fees once paid is also transferable to any other person or to any other date/place where the seminar is conducted in the future.
5. Discounts or concessions provided, may be void and may not apply upon withdrawal.
6. Any excess payment received through technical or other reasons will be refunded, but only after due verification and/or within 30 days after receipt of written complaint by the seminar participant.
7. The mode of refund will be electronic/ physical and will be refunded in the account from where the transaction was made.
8. Service tax rate applicable will be as notified by the Government from time to time will also be added to the charges payable to the online payment gateway.
9. The net amount refunded will be after deduction of transaction processing charges paid to the online payment gateway.
10. Any amount collected towards any kind of Taxes, GST, Govt Cess shall not be refunded.
11. No interest is paid on a refund of any fees/deposit.
12. The refund of any fee is subject to the refund policy prevailing at the time of seeking a refund.
13. The NBS Business Consulting reserves the right to modify and amend refund policies at any time by uploading the same in the NBS Business Consulting’s website.

All disputes are subject to the legal jurisdiction of Bengaluru Urban District, Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
